Thursday 15th of August: Acting for Film Workshops by Blake Babbitt
Workshop participants will learn the skills required to create and deliver their own content – with a focus on delivering and directing professional on-camera acting performances. After learning techniques and exercises aimed at relaxing, concentrating, and preparing the actor, workshop participants will learn the fundamentals of on-camera acting techniques. Saturday 17th of August: AMDA’s Audition Plus
This event combines a dynamic, interdisciplinary workshop and an audition opportunity for entry to AMDA's college-level Degree or Certificate programs and talent-based scholarship. Admission to AMDA requires an audition. You must be a junior or senior in high school or a high school graduate for your audition to be considered for acceptance into the AOS or Certificate and BFA programs.
